How many push-ups a day would I have to do to get a body like Simon Cowell?

right now i'm about like a george lopez. how can i get that Simon Cowell physique.

    This really depends on your body-type/weight/metabolism/age etc.
    I would recommend you start with 50 (perhaps not all at a time, but do 10 and then rest in between), try to work your way up to 100 a day.
    If you are going to be lifting weights or doing other exercises, you don’t need to do quite so many push-ups. Although they are a good exercise because they work a large muscle group.

    The only person who’ll get a physique like Simon Cowell is Simon Cowell. Personally I don’t think much of his physique, but the answer to your question is that push-up themselves won’t really build much of a physique. Sure, they’re a great exercise and all, but if that’s the only thing you’re doing then you will only see results up to a certain point.
