or is this just one big publicity stunt? There are conflicting tabloid reports on the internet. Even those who say he is not engaged right now believe that he will pop the question soon because he is so in love with her. Opinions?

I don't know why you think they have broken up because they have been secretly dating for at least 6 months (maybe longer) so most people weren't aware of their relationship until recently..
Well John, you may think that he is ugly as hell but I have the opposite opinion. If he were gay then there would have been photos by now of him being with another man. The paparazzi are always taking photos of him and he doesn't always know that they are there.
