I wanna have an original song to sing in public and call mine, to record on an album etc. So i just wanna know some companies that write songs for people and it would be great if anyone could tell me how to contact them and get someone startin soon. PS i have already tried to write my own song and HA i suck at writin song just fyi
isawmarty is right–people write songs, not companies. Publishing corporations, such as the ones isawmarty mentioned, do have contracts with songwriters though.
I’d highly recommend listening to isawmarty and get in contact with publishing corporations. Or, you know, write your own song (give it some time and you could get better at it).
Companies don’t write songs, people do.
I would suggest contacting ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC (the three publishing corporations) to get what you want.
