@juniwilliams try just using your index, middle, and ring finger to do the bend…but dont put the index finger on the string…lay it across the others and mute them.
just use the middle and ring to bend.
Feels wierd at first, but it should get the job done

There are a lot of great guitarist that the public doesn’t even know they existed on the other hand there are crapy musicians that are famous. Thats only because the big labels know how to sell crap to the public. Image of musician is more important than music it self this day’s
