Can Susan Boyle boost her confidence?

Susan Boyle did a great performance on the semi finals of Britain's Got Talent last night. However, unlike her original performance where she had nothing to lose and was just 'giving it a go' fully expecting to be laughed at or jeered off stage, she now has the whole world watching and is the overwhelming favourite to WIN Britain's Got Talent and to claim the first prize of performing before the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance.

She did falter slightly at the very beginning of her performance and looked incredibly nervous and strained but soon got into her stride as she belted out the Andrew Lloyd Webber classic 'Memories' from the musical Cats to a standing ovation from the ecstatic crowd.

However, if she is to go on to perform internationally in front of larger and larger audiences, CONFIDENCE is the key to everything for Susan now.

She has the talent, the voice, the goofy personality that people like, but the confidence HAS to be there.

But there are ways she can boost her confidence, I'm a qualified NLP practitioner and I've seen so many times that it is SO easy and quick to boost your own self confidence and self worth. When was the last time, you felt so confident that you knew that people liked you, were interested in what you had to say, and that you were allowed to be 100% yourself? For most people the answer is seldom, or NEVER.

Susan Boyle first to took to singing to give herself confidence during a difficult early life. She was briefly deprived of oxygen during her difficult birth and was diagnosed as having learning difficulties. She says she was bullied as a child and was nicknamed "Susie Simple" or "Susie Bong" at school, however, as the world now knows, she's the one having the last laugh as she metamorphasizes into a global superstar with the most you tube hits in history.

What would life be like if... you had been raised with the best teachers, the most caring parents, and you were supported by friends who were a constant inspiration.

What kind of person would you be now if... you had attended the best schools, been applauded for your efforts, found your true calling and became an expert in your field because people believed in you.

How good would it feel if... you were allowed to be your true self, confident about your thoughts and ideas, and you knew you were loved and accepted by others.
